EMERGE -  prep series Meaning of emerge in dictionary: 1. to come forth into view or notice, as from concealment or obscurity:     a ghost emerging from the grave; a ship emerging from the fog. 2. to rise or come forth from or as if from water or other liquid. 3. to come up or arise, as a question or difficulty. 4. to come into existence; develop. 5. to rise, as from an inferior or unfortunate state or condition. Meaning of emerge is growing as a person, overcoming any obstacle, develop yourself over period of time. Anything worth having takes time. I want us to develop, become better version of ourselves. These series will go up over next 13 weeks when I am prepping for my first bikini fitness show. My body transformation Have you ever dreamed about something so much, that you even stopped believing in it? I did. Hundred times, I said to myself that I am not good enough, that I will never be happy, confident, full of energy..and look where I am now? I am living my dream, I love it, it charges me with energy. This is my transformation in 3 years. In the first picture, 3 years ago, you can see myself, almost overweight, I had to much fat around my belly and arms and no butt.  In the second picture, 2 years ago you can see, I am almost underfeeded, I ate so poorly. My daily macros weren't even 1000kcal, I did only cardio, and I felt so fat at that time. In the last picture, few days ago, is me now, strong, healthy, happy, currently bulking, eating in surplus, doing 5x per week heavy weightlifting. Sometimes you should take risks.. Have you ever done, something, which isn't really in your plan of life? Something which seamed wrong? But than you realized, that thats what is called life. Stepping out of your comfort zone, it is so important to do things you love end enjoy but at the same time stick to your goals. Because when you won't one day you will realize that its too late, that your live have passed, and there is nothing you can do about it. So do crazy things, take risks but work hard at the same time. Sometimes wine or pizza with friends, is something your soul needs and sometimes rice and chicken and hard training, is what you need to be happy. For example me yesterday, I came to gym and suddenly realized, that I'v forgotten my gym pants, and I only had jeans on. So I was thinking, should I buy pants which I don't need or should I skip? I was there with my boyfriend and I am really  indecisive so it was hard, but I realized that I haven't slept m...
What means life for you? Every time I see a family with small kids, I question myself is this what I want? Go to school, go out, go to the job with some dick manager I won't like, find my love, whom I will caught cheating on me with other woman or even something worse, have kids and eventually became slave to them and then die. I mean this is not what I am working for. Sure that I want to have family, but not like this. I am that person who is creative, and when you take them this part of their life off, they will burn off in themselves and will be living very unhappily. I need to travel, it is something, which makes me very happy and I just can't be without it. I also can't work for someone, so I just can't be slave to someone and seem to be happy. Training with bikini competitor Few days ago, I had training with czech biking competitor, if you know her Anna Faltova. We were training mostly butt. I mean I am used to pain after my trainings, but I am not used to pain for 5 days straight. Oh gosh, but it was awesome. She is very nice person. We started with assisted barbell lunges with 75kg. Then we were on leg press and we were double setting it with one weird move, where you are on your knees and then you go straight to low pause squat and you repeat it as fast as you can. It was very challenging. Then I was doing, glute bridges with 70kg and she was doing one leg deadlifts, I couldn't because my back was hurting so much. And our last exercise was on assisted pull up machine. One leg press down and up, let me tell you, it hurts. And we were also posing, because in spring I am thinking about competing, so it was very useful for me. Overall it was great experience. What is love? It is something you can't describe, but it changes your life like hell yes. It keeps you feeling like a princess or like piece of shit, literally. You start questioning yourself, you start to feel some changes in your life and you will change as a person, it depends how, but at most you change to better one. I recommend you, to start documenting your feelings, write a journal, start an youtube channel just something, where you can describe your feelings you are having each day. You will start to feel that everything is possible if you set your mind to it. You will sometimes question yourself if this all is worth the pain? My answer? Listen your soul. Cry if you need to, laugh as much as you can and appreciate every single moment you have. One day you will be glad, that you did. Ask, as much as you can. Every single argument makes you stronger, if you can handle it, and I am sure you can. Love isn't always perfect, so this is huge part of it, you should keep that...
School and motivation Hi guys, today I want to talk about education, and how to keep grinding. If your motivation is to get out of school and be rich, fine, if that is whats fires up your heart. Well but this is sad, because you will never be happy only because you would have money. For being happy you need to do what you love, whats fires up your heart and your soul. I mean you need to enjoy what are you doing for keeping doing that. If you are in school now, focus on the future, because thats whats important. But at the same time don't forget to have fun, be happy and don't stress to much and yeah go out, take action in social evens you won't regret that. If you are having bad times, remember every bad thing happens for a reason and the future will be brighter, trust me. But at the same time remember your goals, everything will pay off.
