WASTED LIFE Hi guys, lately I have been thinking about our attitude. Why are we sometimes not bringing our best? Why don't we push little harder, worry little less and enjoy the moment little more. Whenever in life overall or in fitness. Think about the last time you could push little harder. Why haven't you? If you could. Look on people like you look on animals. Some of them are more successful e.g. they catch up some less successful animals, they even kill them. Now I don't talk about murders, but about that someone is head of big company and someone is an witness. Isn't it ironic? You could be whatever you wanted, and you ended like a witness. Its only about the work you put into your dreams. None of them haven't just dreamt and the things just happened in their ways. Maybe sometimes they had luck, but that doesn't meant that they weren't working hard. You only see the results, not the hard work.  Why are you wasting time? Why do you chat so much? ...
CANCER Should we be afraid of it? Well..   Today I looked on youtube and there was one video, I don't exactly remember the name of it, but it was about 9 things that are making you cancer every day and you don't know about it. For example there was salmon from farms, its full of antibiotics, but I feel that when you are for example in restaurant, how can you know? I love salmon so it scared me, or parabens in cosmetics, look at your makeup collection, are you now aware? These are so little things that even if you would try, you can handle them. I just felt like writing this article, its a very controvert theme. But you never know..  Its terrible.. My sister friend brother died on cancer, not long time ago. He used to exercise so much and still, he was not even 30. Just not feeling it Are you just not going hard how you want? Now I mean in the gym Are you going to the gym and wondering why are you not doing how you want to? I will hep you. Its because your motivation is going down maybe you have another preferences. You must stick your goals and go for them. The most important thing is to stick one big goal which is long way away but it is very important to you. And then you must stick small goals to get to the big goal. Its simple. But in the same way its so hard, I know. But if is something really important to you, you will stick to it. Change things up!   Thats so important I know you are over your workouts, maybe you don't realize it. But try to change things up, you will be more happy trust me. AM I GOOD ENOUGH?! Sometimes we all feel like, do they like me, am I good enough for them?? My answer is in this article. Oh my god, look at you. You are you. You are worthy, you are amazing, you are beautiful, you must just realize that. Because when you ask yourself if you are good enough for somebody, something is wrong, I mean don't you see that if you don't love yourself how can somebody else love you? Its impossible, you must love yourself the most to be loved back. Do they make me feel this way?? They are not worth your time... Please realize that if somebody is making you feel that you are not good enough, you shouldn't spend with them time even few seconds with this person is waste of time. You are awesome, realize it! Do you have sometimes days like, hey why I am always with wrong person or why I can't be so funny, pretty, slim... Please stop, you are you! And thats all what matters. Look around you, do you see this awesome friends, family, pets or even your boyfriend/girlfriend? You maybe don't realize that they are always there for you, but they are. One bad day doesn't mean that you have bad life.   Everyone is really good at something you maybe sing awesome or you are amazing mother of two children even that is very important, they will always love you, and you know that.
