Q&A How can I speed up my recovery? Well everyone knows when you can barely walk after hard leg day. So how can you speed up the recovery progress?  1. Take BCAA, they help you to recover faster. 2. Summer Shredding 2016 ( Ep. 1 ) Hi guys, I want to bring up to you something new, I am now shredding for summer so I want to share it with you. CANCER Should we be afraid of it? Well..   Today I looked on youtube and there was one video, I don't exactly remember the name of it, but it was about 9 things that are making you cancer every day and you don't know about it.
