My body transformation Have you ever dreamed about something so much, that you even stopped believing in it? I did. Hundred times, I said to myself that I am not good enough, that I will never be happy, confident, full of energy..and look where I am now? I am living my dream, I love it, it charges me with energy. This is my transformation in 3 years. In the first picture, 3 years ago, you can see myself, almost overweight, I had to much fat around my belly and arms and no butt.  In the second picture, 2 years ago you can see, I am almost underfeeded, I ate so poorly. My daily macros weren't even 1000kcal, I did only cardio, and I felt so fat at that time. In the last picture, few days ago, is me now, strong, healthy, happy, currently bulking, eating in surplus, doing 5x per week heavy weightlifting. Passions Lately I was thinking, what is my passion, do we have passions? Yes we do, and we should be fighting for them everyday, it is so important. They keeps you different from these all people you see every day. Love, shine, grind and be awesome every day, push to your limits and never ever give up. Thats the message I want to give you, it is so important. Who would be, without our goals, passions, hobbies or even people we love and we surround ourself with. So go get there, where you want. Its only about the work you put in. How bad do you want it? Ask this question every time, when you are consisting whenever to give up or push more. How to kill your leg day-5 best moves 1. Good morning This move is called good morning, you must stand with a barbell on top of your upper back, with overhand grip. Then bend your knees and bend forward at your hips. 2. Hip trusts I love this move, it activates your glutes so much.
