FITNESS AND FAMILY Do you ever feel like all world is against you? That everything you do, is wrong, that no one gets it? As I started in the fitness industry I learned that, they are two types of people the ones that cheer you up, help you in this journey, to become the best version of yourself and than there are those who are against you at every step you take, they just don't get it, but for you it is very emotional draining.  For example my family do not help me in this journey, they don't get it.   They are mean and not nice at all, and it cause a serious emotion pain on me. Sometimes you should take risks.. Have you ever done, something, which isn't really in your plan of life? Something which seamed wrong? But than you realized, that thats what is called life. Stepping out of your comfort zone, it is so important to do things you love end enjoy but at the same time stick to your goals. Because when you won't one day you will realize that its too late, that your live have passed, and there is nothing you can do about it. So do crazy things, take risks but work hard at the same time. Sometimes wine or pizza with friends, is something your soul needs and sometimes rice and chicken and hard training, is what you need to be happy. For example me yesterday, I came to gym and suddenly realized, that I'v forgotten my gym pants, and I only had jeans on. So I was thinking, should I buy pants which I don't need or should I skip? School and motivation Hi guys, today I want to talk about education, and how to keep grinding. If your motivation is to get out of school and be rich, fine, if that is whats fires up your heart. Well but this is sad, because you will never be happy only because you would have money. For being happy you need to do what you love, whats fires up your heart and your soul. I mean you need to enjoy what are you doing for keeping doing that. If you are in school now, focus on the future, because thats whats important. But at the same time don't forget to have fun, be happy and don't stress to much and yeah go out, take action in social evens you won't regret that. 16 things I learned in 16 years A month ago, I turned 16 and I want to share with you, what have I learned. Enjoy. 1. Being sad is okay. Not always you will feel happy, its called life. Whats important, is to move on. Cry, get it out but move on. Once it will be just past, its up to you if future will turn out better. 2. Do what ever the fuck you want. Bulking season I often get asked if bulking is important for you, well yes and no. It depends, if you want to built more muscles, than yes, you need that extra food to built these gains. But I recommend it to people getting more into fitness industry or in the beginning of their journey, because thats when you want to focus the most on building these muscles. Its different situation, if you are overweight, there is more important to get rid of extra fat, before building these muscles. So if you feel small, you want to get bigger, rounder butt or you just want to get your metabolism going (its often broken, after long time in dieting) than bulking is right for you.
