IIFYM neboli If it fits your macros

Přeji hezký den dnes vám chci představit co to znamená IIFYM. Je to způsob stravování, u kterého si nastavíte podle vašeho pohybu, výšky a váhy vaše makra. Když si najedete na stránky IIFYM.com, tak se dozvíte kolik sacharidů, tuků, proteinu a vlákniny máte za den sníst podle toho jestli chcete zhubnou, udržet si váhu, nebo nabírat svaly. Jak to vlastně vzniklo? Na bodybuilding.com byly často pokládány dotazy zda si nebohou dát tohle a tamto, že jí tzv. bro food což je čisté jídlo a to hlavně kuřecí, rýže a brokolice. Lidi to nebavilo a tak se přišlo na to pokud budou dodržovat své makra tak si můžou do svého denního příjdu dát i čokoládu nebo těstoviny a necítit se špatně, že porušili svůj jídelníček. Jelikož máte danou vlákninu musíte jíst z 80% výživnější jídla a za zbytek si dopřít i něco "nezdravějšího". Já osobně se tak stravuji už něco přes rok a opravdu to funguje, už se umím udržet, nechodím vyžírat večer ledničku a můžu jít v klidu s přátely nebo s rodinou na zmrzlinu a nevyčítat si to. Já osobně se takto rozmazluji hlavně před workoutem nebo po něm. Nejradši si dám do své ovesné kašičky různé dobroty, to je jen na vás. WHAT HAS CHANGED FROM MY BIKINI COMPETITION? Hi guys! From my competition has changed so many things! I competed in bikini fitness 4 months ago. From that time I started a reverse diet and now I am carb cycling and in 3 weeks I am officially starting my offseason! FITNESS AND FAMILY Do you ever feel like all world is against you? That everything you do, is wrong, that no one gets it? As I started in the fitness industry I learned that, they are two types of people the ones that cheer you up, help you in this journey, to become the best version of yourself and than there are those who are against you at every step you take, they just don't get it, but for you it is very emotional draining.  For example my family do not help me in this journey, they don't get it.   They are mean and not nice at all, and it cause a serious emotion pain on me.
