Time Management
Hi guys, I want to share with you my tips for getting stuff done, planing your day. 
Be realistic
Don't plan to much for one day, be realistic, thats the best way to don't be demotivated. Because when you plan to much, and you just can't get it done all at that time, you won't be feeling good, trust me.

Write things down
What I mean with this? Get some planner and write things for the next day, week or even year to keep your motivated, and knowing what you want to achieve. I love it, you will too. 

Find you productive time of the day
When are you most productive? In the morning, afternoon or even in the evening? Thats the key to get stuff done.

Dont procrastinate
Have fun time, but also have productive time, so when do yo have your work time, work. As soon as you finish, treat yourself with that fun time, thats the best way called balance.

Trick yourself
You are the only person, who truly knows you, so use it well. Do you know that you will be more productive outside or in coffee shop, do it, treat yourself this way, you will thank me later.

Switch off
Turn your mobile phone off, notebook off, unless you need it and fully concentrate on what are you doing. Its much more better to work for 2 hours, but with fully focus, than 4 hours, checking IG or sleeping on your work desk, trust me, I have been there too.

Jak přejít z diety do objemu, bez přírustku tuku? 1. Nikam nespěchejte. Zkončil jsi dietu, a chceš nabrat svalovku, ale přitom nabrat co nejméně tuku? Potom seš na správném místě. Důvod proč nejdeš hned do bjemu je jednoduchý, tvůj žalůdek je z diety zvyklý na malý příjem, tudíž mu nechceš hned poskytnout všechno jídlo, aby chtělo furt víc, ale ty jsi mu už nemohl nic dát. Tudíž děláš tzv. reverse diet. Což je postupné přidávání sacharidů a následně i tuků, až se dostaneš na objem. Teď z udržovacího režimu chceš postupně zvyšovat příjem, až se dostaneš na poža
My body transformation Have you ever dreamed about something so much, that you even stopped believing in it? I did. Hundred times, I said to myself that I am not good enough, that I will never be happy, confident, full of energy..and look where I am now? I am living my dream, I love it, it charges me with energy. This is my transformation in 3 years. In the first picture, 3 years ago, you can see myself, almost overweight, I had to much fat around my belly and arms and no butt.  In the second picture, 2 years ago you can see, I am almost underfeeded, I ate so poorly. My daily macros weren't even 1000kcal, I did only cardio, and I felt so fat at that time. In the last picture, few days ago, is me now, strong, healthy, happy, currently bulking, eating in surplus, doing 5x per week heavy weightlifting. Finally with a butt, and without belly, even with abs. And you know what? I would never go to my old myself, I love this so much that I couldn't do that.  Always go for what
EAT TO GROW The main reason people tend to give up is the lack of discipline and seeing progress. It's like climbing a hill sometimes it's gonna be the path of difficulties otherwise it wouldn't be worth it, and sometimes you are on top of the world. This principle is same in prep or overall life. This is my actual butt photo at the end of my bulk. I always used to be that girl without a butt, and felt down, so inspiring at least one single person, it's worth the effort. 10 and half weeks out, lets get it. My cardio is 3x per week 30min. of steady state, fasted with my l-carnitine and bcaa.
