Summer Shredding 2016 ( Ep. 1 )
Hi guys, I want to bring up to you something new, I am now shredding for summer so I want to share it with you. So for the next 12 weeks I will bring up a summer shredding series, hope you will like it. Anyway who doesn't want be shredded.
So I am now from carb cycling on IIFYM ( flexible dieting). I am used to this type of eating, but everyone is different so you must find out what works for you.
My starting macros are: 170C 70F 140P.

But after 3 trainings I can say, if you want big gluten and define arms its for you, but its hard.
No matter what, you must wake up and make most from the day. Try to ask yourself why are you here? Whats your suppose? Everyone was born with some suppose, so find yours. If you do something you are good at and it is making you happy, you will also have money, friends, experience and all you want. Sometimes try to listen your own bliss.
