16 things I learned in 16 years A month ago, I turned 16 and I want to share with you, what have I learned. Enjoy. 1. Being sad is okay. Not always you will feel happy, its called life. Whats important, is to move on. Cry, get it out but move on. Once it will be just past, its up to you if future will turn out better. 2. Do what ever the fuck you want. People will always judge you, no matter what you do. If its bad or good, its important that you are happy, not them. Its your life, so have fun. 3. Listen to others. Not always you are right, and its okay when you ask for help, even when you don't seem like you need it. Learn, you will thank yourself later. 4. Love. I think no more words is needed to say to this..Tell them, its better to say it too much than not enough. 5. Laugh heels everything. 6. Compliment strangers. Bulking season I often get asked if bulking is important for you, well yes and no. It depends, if you want to built more muscles, than yes, you need that extra food to built these gains. But I recommend it to people getting more into fitness industry or in the beginning of their journey, because thats when you want to focus the most on building these muscles. Its different situation, if you are overweight, there is more important to get rid of extra fat, before building these muscles. So if you feel small, you want to get bigger, rounder butt or you just want to get your metabolism going (its often broken, after long time in dieting) than bulking is right for you. So whats important before going into bulk? Your goals. There are two types of bulking a, lean bulk or  b, dirty bulk. a, lean bulk - is when you want to maintain your fat percentage in the same numbers, you will gain some fat but, much less than in dirty bulk. Jak přejít z diety do objemu, bez přírustku tuku? 1. Nikam nespěchejte. Zkončil jsi dietu, a chceš nabrat svalovku, ale přitom nabrat co nejméně tuku? Potom seš na správném místě. Nikdy nekonči konec diety, velkým lídováním kalorií. Ano dopřání jídel, které tvé tělo vyžaduje je správné, dej si 24H maximálně 48H okno, na to abys uspokojil svoje chutové bunky a tím to ukonči, nechceš přece zahodit tu tvrdou dřinu, nebo? Po tomto ládování, tě čeká přechod z diety do udržovacího režimu, pomalu každý týden navišuj svůj příjem o sacharidy a o tuky, až se dostaneš na udržovačku. 2.  Trpělivost je základ. Důvod proč nejdeš hned do bjemu je jednoduchý, tvůj žalůdek je z diety zvyklý na malý příjem, tudíž mu nechceš hned poskytnout všechno jídlo, aby chtělo furt víc, ale ty jsi mu už nemohl nic dát. Tudíž děláš tzv. reverse diet. Což je postupné přidávání sacharidů a následně i tuků, až se dostaneš na objem. Teď z udržovacího režimu chceš postupně zvyšovat příjem, až se dostaneš na ...
Stucked. Are you feeling stucked? Like nothing is going your way? Look at it as someone else, do you see the mistakes? If dont ask yourself few questions. Are you giving it your all? Are your training effective? Do you have a well build training a food plan? And do you have a goal to work for? Is your scale going down? If yours answers to all questions are yes, you are not sucked, you are only picking yourself. But if your answer is not, you should change something. And we will find out where the problem is. 1. Dieting Are you in caloric deficit for longer time? And your scale is just not moving down? Congrats you have funded the problem. Start doing reseed days. How often depends on how long are you dieting, its a period of time when you over load yourself with carbs, the protein intake stay the same and you should have as little fat as you can. Passions Lately I was thinking, what is my passion, do we have passions? Yes we do, and we should be fighting for them everyday, it is so important. They keeps you different from these all people you see every day. Love, shine, grind and be awesome every day, push to your limits and never ever give up. Thats the message I want to give you, it is so important. Who would be, without our goals, passions, hobbies or even people we love and we surround ourself with. So go get there, where you want. Its only about the work you put in. How bad do you want it? Ask this question every time, when you are consisting whenever to give up or push more. WASTED LIFE Hi guys, lately I have been thinking about our attitude. Why are we sometimes not bringing our best? Why don't we push little harder, worry little less and enjoy the moment little more. Whenever in life overall or in fitness. Think about the last time you could push little harder. Why haven't you? If you could. Look on people like you look on animals. Some of them are more successful e.g. they catch up some less successful animals, they even kill them. Now I don't talk about murders, but about that someone is head of big company and someone is an witness. Isn't it ironic? You could be whatever you wanted, and you ended like a witness. Its only about the work you put into your dreams. None of them haven't just dreamt and the things just happened in their ways. Maybe sometimes they had luck, but that doesn't meant that they weren't working hard. You only see the results, not the hard work.  Why are you wasting time? Why do you chat so much? ...
